Every completed hour of tend care earns points that can be used toward future bookings once bookings are live. The more you rely on tend, the more value you receive in return.

Each time you book a sitter through tend, you earn points based on the number of hours in your booking.
How tend rewards work
Earn points
Points are added quietly in the background. There’s nothing to track and nothing extra to manage. You can view your points balance in your account after care is complete.
Redeem for future care
When you reach a reward milestone, you can apply your points to reduce the cost of a future booking.
Earning tend Points
Earning tend Points is intentionally simple.
You earn 10 tend Points for every hour of completed care
For example, a 3 hour booking earns 30 points. Regular care adds up steadily over time.
Redeeming tend Points
When you’re ready to use your points, you can apply them to a future booking.
At launch:
• 200 tend Points equals $10 off
• 400 tend Points equals $20 off
• 1000 tend Points equals $60 off
Your tend Points balance is visible in your tend account, and we’ll let you know when a reward is available.
