How tend rewards work

Each time you book a sitter through tend, you earn points based on the number of hours in your booking.

You earn 10 tend Points for every hour of completed care. A 3 hour booking earns 30 points; regular care adds up steadily over time.

Points are added quietly in the background, and your balance is visible in your tend account after care is complete.

When you reach a reward milestone, you can apply your points to reduce the cost of a future booking. We will let you know when a reward is available.
